Privacy Policy
This wording is a working draft prepared for the Aesthetic Haus website. It has not yet been reviewed by the clinic's compliance and legal advisors and should not be relied upon as a final published policy. The final version will be issued by Plastic Surgery Queensland once that review is complete.
Aesthetic Haus is the aesthetic division of Plastic Surgery Queensland. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, including our contact form, consultation enquiries and guide downloads.
We collect information that you choose to provide through our web forms. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number where supplied, preferred clinic location, and the content of any enquiry message you send to us. When you request a guide by email, we collect your email address and a note of which guide you requested so we can send it and respond to any follow-up question.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive health information through this website. Please do not submit detailed medical history through web forms. Any clinical information needed for your care will be gathered in a consultation, in a secure clinical setting.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to send guides you have requested, to arrange and confirm consultations where relevant, and to keep an internal record of your interest so that our team can follow up appropriately. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing campaigns, and we do not sell your information.
Enquiry information submitted through this site is stored in our secure backend systems and accessed only by authorised members of the Aesthetic Haus and Plastic Surgery Queensland team for the purposes described above. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
We do not share your information with third parties except where it is necessary to provide the service you have requested (for example, secure email delivery of a guide you have asked us to send), where you have given us consent, or where we are required or permitted by law. Where a treatment involves a prescription medicine, a separate consultation with a prescribing doctor is arranged within our clinical group, and your information is handled under the same standards.
You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to retain it for clinical, legal or governance reasons. You can also ask us to stop using your email address to send guides or follow-up messages.
For any privacy question, or to make a request about your information, please contact us at hello@aesthetichaus.com.au.
This page is general information about how we handle personal information submitted through this website. It is not legal advice and does not form part of a clinical record. The published version will be confirmed by our compliance and legal advisors.
