Aesthetic Haus is the aesthetic division of Plastic Surgery Queensland. Our practice is led by an aesthetic clinical team and supported by Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons who provide prescribing, clinical governance and a continuous surgical referral pathway.

Dr Theo Birch

BSc (Biomed), BEc, MBBS, FRACS (Plast)

Dr Theo Birch is a Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, practising across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. He trained at the University of Queensland, with further fellowships locally and abroad spanning facial aesthetics, breast, body contouring, skin cancer and hand surgery. Theo is an active member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Australian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.

Dr Andrew Hadj is a Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon based in Brisbane. His practice spans cosmetic surgery of the breast, body and face, alongside hand surgery and skin cancer surgery. Andrew's approach is grounded in considered, undetectable refinement: the best surgical results, in his view, are the ones nobody can name.

Kate Winch - Cosmetic Registered Nurse

Kate is a Registered Nurse with 16 years of experience across healthcare, including the past four years dedicated to aesthetic and cosmetic medicine. Her clinical foundation in acute and perioperative nursing, combined with her work in advanced clinical education and practitioner training, brings a considered balance of safety, precision and a gentle, patient-focused approach to every treatment.

Alongside her role at Aesthetic Haus, Kate also works as a clinical trainer with Xytide Australia, an Australian company focused on evidence-based regenerative and medical aesthetic technologies. She has a particular interest in regenerative aesthetics, treatments and protocols designed to support the skin's natural biology, skin quality and long-term tissue health, and remains passionate about ongoing education and evidence-based practice. Kate is currently completing her Graduate Certificate in Primary Health Care Nursing.

Warm and approachable in consultation, Kate is committed to delivering natural, refreshed outcomes that enhance rather than alter, helping patients feel confident while maintaining the features that already make them uniquely themselves.
