Medical Consultation
Where every plan begins.
An unhurried, Aesthetic Nurse-led consultation, under Plastic Surgeon governance, to understand what's prompted the visit, assess your concerns clinically and, only where appropriate, discuss what a treatment plan might look like.

Every patient at The Haus is seen for a private medical consultation before any treatment is offered. This is a regulatory requirement for prescription-only treatments and a clinical standard we apply across the board.
The consultation is the most important part of the work. It's where the brief is properly understood, where suitability is assessed honestly and where realistic expectations are set.
You are not expected to proceed on the day. The consultation stands on its own and you are encouraged to take the plan away and book in only when you're ready.
The mechanism, in plain language.
We begin with a structured conversation about what you've noticed, what you'd like to feel different and what you'd prefer not to change.
Your Aesthetic Nurse conducts a clinical assessment relevant to your concern, facial anatomy, skin condition, scalp, sweating pattern or other indication, alongside medical history and any previous cosmetic treatment.
If treatment is appropriate, the plan is explained in plain language: what's involved, realistic outcomes, known risks, expected longevity and cost.
Session, settling, results.
Plan to spend 30-60 minutes with us. There is no obligation to proceed.
Photographs may be taken (with your consent) as part of clinical documentation.
Written information is provided so you can consider the plan in your own time.
All cosmetic procedures carry risks.
The consultation itself carries no medical risk. The purpose is to identify and discuss the risks of any treatment under consideration before any decision is made.
Where this treatment fits.
Whether this treatment is right for you is decided in a one-on-one medical consultation, never online.
