Facial Sagging
Non-surgical lifting and tightening.
As the supporting structures of the face change, skin and soft tissue begin to descend. Non-surgical options can offer a meaningful, considered alternative, when they're the right fit.

Descent of the mid-face, softening of the jawline and laxity through the neck are all part of how a face matures. Energy-based and injectable approaches can offer real support here, particularly when treatment begins earlier rather than later.
Our Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon support means we can have a straightforward conversation about when non-surgical treatment is the right path, and when it isn't. If surgery is the more appropriate option, we'll say so plainly.
Where this typically shows up.
The areas below are commonly assessed in consultation. Whether any are treated , and how, is decided on an individual basis.
Mid-Face Descent
Loss of cheek support is often the earliest contributor to the look of sagging. Re-supporting the mid-face frequently improves the lower face by default.
Jawline & Jowls
Softening along the mandible can be addressed with energy-based lifting and selective structural support. Suitability depends on the extent of laxity present.
Submentum (Under-Chin)
The area beneath the chin is assessed for skin quality, fat distribution and platysmal activity before any approach is recommended.
Neck & Platysma
Vertical bands and horizontal lines through the neck respond to a combination of muscle-focused and skin-focused treatments where appropriate.
Décolletage
The chest and upper neck show sun and age change earlier than many patients realise. Skin-quality treatments often suit this area well.
Unhurried. Plastic Surgeon-led. No pressure to proceed.
We begin with a frank conversation about what you'd like to change and what is realistic without surgery. Non-surgical treatments do meaningful work, they are not a substitute for a procedure that genuinely calls for one.
Our Aesthetic Nurse assesses skin laxity, underlying support, fat distribution and the way the face sits in motion. With Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon support, we can refer where surgical assessment is the more appropriate path.
If non-surgical treatment is recommended, we explain the approach, the realistic range of outcomes, the timeframe over which results appear, the known risks, longevity and likely maintenance. Cost is discussed openly once the plan is clear.
These plans usually unfold across several sessions and several months. You're encouraged to take the plan away and proceed at your own pace.
